The Role

We are seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to manage and service a portfolio of personal insurance clients while delivering outstanding customer experience.

Key Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in Personal Insurance and Employee Benefits
• Strong customer service and account management skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and brokerage systems
• Valid RIBO License or OTL License (willing to convert to RIBO)
• CIP, FCIP, CAIB, or Insurance Diploma all considered strong assets
