The Role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to service and manage a portfolio of commercial clients. This on-site role involves policy servicing, renewals, underwriting coordination, and client relationship management across multiple commercial lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and service a book of commercial insurance accounts
• Handle renewals, remarkets, endorsements, cancellations, and new business
• Prepare submissions, obtain quotes, and negotiate terms with insurers
• Advise clients on coverage, risk exposures, and policy recommendations
• Assist with claims reporting and insurer coordination
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance

Key Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in Commercial Lines insurance
• Strong knowledge of commercial coverages (Property, CGL, Auto, Liability, etc.)
• Excellent communication, organization, and client-management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and brokerage management systems
• Valid RIBO License or OTL License (willing to convert to RIBO)
• CIP, FCIP, CAIB, Insurance diploma, all considered strong assets
